That the trader practiced the trade in a private place and took it as his usual craft
He must be an Iraqi citizen or who holds the nationality of one of the Arab countries residing in Iraq
Take a trade name registered in the commercial registry with the chamber in which the commercial locality is located within its jurisdiction
To have a current account with one of the licensed bank branches known to it
To be legally competent or licensed by the competent court to conduct business
He shall not be convicted of bankruptcy and has not been rehabilitated
To be approved by two members of the Chamber
